I have been with this insurance agency since 1962 when I purchased my 1st car, a 1962 Chevy II Nova.  Through the generations of Rogers' agents I have always received the best of care and immediate response to each emergency.   I have carried Car insurance, Rental insurance, Homeowners insurance and Privacy protection throughout the years.  Now retired, the Rogers agents came to the forefront to save us monies on our policies both for our vehicles and home. Two different times we hit a deer, once outside of Bismarck, ND and the second time 5 miles to the west of Sturgis SD, both times the Rogers Agency spent a lot of time coordinating rentals and seeing us through to the end of car repair and returns to Ohio. Nationwide ( this one particular) have always been great. The people that work at this office are Fantastic! We have been with this company for many years, and they have been there for us when we needed them Beryl  and Randy are wonderful ( i apologize but do not remember the names of the other office people, i am so sorry) but all of the people that work at the facility are Wonderful and Nationwide service is phenomenal.
If anyone is looking for a great insurance carrier and to have people treat you as a person and not a number, when either my husband walk in they always know us by name, as well if they see out and about shopping or at the fair , they know us.
Always willing to help in Every way!!!!!!!! If i could more then 5 stars i definitely would.
